EMT-Electromagnetic Tools

The Electromagnetic Thickness Tool (EMT) is used to measure casing thickness variation with mono-conductor power supply and signal transmission. The tool uses array of 12 or 16 sensors, each containing a miniature magnetic signal sensor for magnetic variation measurement. The transmission cartridge transmits 12 or 16 data to surface system and each curve is recorded by acquisition software.
