Diversity & inclusion
Hunting is committed to creating a positive workplace environment where fostering equality of opportunity for all, through diversity, ensures that our employees have the opportunity to achieve their full potential, free from prejudice and discrimination.
Code of conduct
We have developed and implemented policies and employment practices that embed a Hunting-wide culture of inclusion that incorporates all aspects of our activity and business.
We behave with integrity, promoting a culture of honesty, transparency, and fairness. Many of our practices are enshrined in our Code of Conduct, which can be found by following the link.

Diversity
Hunting’s efforts to build an inclusive working culture helps us to drive diversity in attracting, developing, and retaining talent, particularly in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) disciplines.
Diversity considerations are also embedded in our senior management development and succession planning. Hunting launched its new Succession Planning process in 2019, which is reviewed annually. Subsequently, a variety of talent management programmes have been developed and implemented to grow and develop diverse talent for leadership and business-critical positions in the future.

Initiatives
To ensure that everyone feels valued and heard, we have developed and implemented varied initiatives
For example, our employee engagement survey, roundtable employee discussion forums, 24/7 “Speak Up” service, allows us to receive valuable and constructive feedback that will enable us to develop meaningful and appropriate actions, to ensure inclusion for all.

Constantly reviewed
Both the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee regularly review reports containing a wide range of workforce performance data including diversity, health and safety, turnover and retention, and other data.
